2. Scope
These Terms apply to the culltron.app website and to Culltron desktop software, previews and online services. The API Terms of Use apply to Culltron APIs sold through RapidAPI. 3. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for the edition you are entitled to. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or reverse-engineer paid editions except where the law allows it. Open-source components remain under their own licences (see Open-source notices).
4. Previews and launch-candidate software
Features marked preview, launch candidate, planned, roadmap or coming soon may change, be incomplete or be withdrawn. Do not rely on them for critical work without your own backups.
5. Prices, payment and cancellation
Prices, the total cost, payment method, delivery and the cancellation and refund terms are shown before you pay. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. AI features
See the AI Disclaimer. AI output may be wrong and must be checked before you rely on it.
7. Acceptable use
You must use our software and services lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Warranties and liability
Subject to clause 8, the software is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim. This does not apply to fraud, gross negligence or liability the law does not allow us to limit.
10. Privacy
We process personal information under the Privacy Policy and POPIA.
11. Trademarks
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatibility, programmes or integrations. Their use does not imply endorsement.
