Culltron API Acceptable Use Policy

You must not

  1. Abuse free plans. This includes holding more than one free subscription per person or entity, creating or using multiple RapidAPI accounts, aliases, email variants, applications or keys, rotating keys or accounts, or coordinating with others in order to get more free usage or to get around quotas, rate limits, daily caps, plan restrictions or suspensions.
  2. Scrape or bulk-harvest. Do not systematically extract, mirror or cache outputs to build a dataset, database or competing service, and do not use automated means to enumerate inputs (e.g. mass validation of email, phone, IBAN or tax-ID lists you are not entitled to process).
  3. Resell or re-expose. Do not resell, sublicense, white-label, proxy or otherwise make the APIs, or a substantially equivalent interface to them, available to third parties without written consent.
  4. Attack or probe. Do not scan, test or attack systems you are not authorised to test. Do not use the security, DNS, header or IP endpoints for reconnaissance against third parties. Do not test credentials, distribute malware, or attempt to bypass authentication, the origin or RapidAPI.
  5. Overload. Do not generate traffic designed to degrade the service, exhaust resources, or inflate our costs (e.g. deliberately slow or maximal payloads, regex bombs, deeply nested JSON).
  6. Process data unlawfully. Do not submit personal information without a lawful basis under POPIA or other applicable law. Do not submit special personal information, children's information, or data obtained unlawfully. Do not use the APIs for unlawful profiling, discrimination, spam, fraud, or identity theft.
  7. Misrepresent outputs. Do not present outputs as legal, financial, compliance, identity-verification or security certification, or as having Culltron's endorsement.
  8. Break the law or others' rights, including intellectual property, RapidAPI's terms, and export or sanctions laws.

Enforcement

We monitor aggregate usage per RapidAPI user. We may, without prior notice, throttle, block endpoints, cap or suspend keys, terminate subscriptions and related accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities, as set out in the Terms of Use. Abuse of free plans can lead to every linked account being blocked.
