1. Who we are

2. AI output can be wrong
Aria and other AI features generate output automatically. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or out of date. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, security or other professional advice. Check it before you rely on it, and keep a human in charge of decisions that affect people.
3. Where your AI requests go
- Local models: requests stay on your device and do not pass through Culltron.
- Your own provider keys: requests go directly from your device to the provider you choose, under that provider's terms and privacy policy.
- Culltron Cloud AI (optional, when available): requests are processed by Culltron and our sub-processors, which may be outside South Africa. We transfer personal information across borders only as section 72 of POPIA allows, for example under binding agreements with an adequate level of protection.
4. Training
We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. Your responsibilities
Do not submit special personal information, children's information or other people's personal information unless you are lawfully entitled to do so. Where you process other people's information through our services, you are the responsible party and Culltron acts as your operator under POPIA.
6. Third-party models
Model names belong to their providers. Availability of a model does not imply endorsement by its provider.
