Refund and Cancellation Policy

2. Status

Paid checkout on culltron.app is not live yet. RapidAPI subscriptions are billed and refunded by RapidAPI under its own terms, as set out in the API Terms of Use.

3. Cooling-off (ECTA section 44)

If you are a consumer and buy from us online, you may cancel without reason and without penalty within 7 days after the transaction (or after receipt of goods). We refund any payment within 30 days of cancellation. Section 42 of ECTA excludes some transactions from this right, which may include software you have downloaded or activated; where an exclusion applies we will tell you clearly before you pay.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We do not charge cancellation fees beyond what the Consumer Protection Act allows.

5. Defective products (CPA sections 55 and 56)

If paid software does not work as described, contact us. We will repair, replace or refund as the Consumer Protection Act requires.

6. How to request

Email support@culltron.app with your order or licence reference. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days.
