Status, 14 October 2026: Culltron desktop apps are launch candidates. Access is gated and no public installer is published yet. This page describes how the product works today in our release candidates.
Where do I download Culltron?
Approved Culltron OS and App Hub installers will appear on the Downloads page after signing and release approval. No public installer is published yet.
How do offline licences work?
Max and Ultra X27 apps use a server-signed offline lease. You activate once online. After that the app verifies its lease locally and runs fully offline. Sentinel shows lease status at any time.
How do I set up AI?
Open Bridge and choose where your AI runs: a local model through Ollama, your own provider API key, or Culltron Cloud through Workspaces. Aria, in Ultra X27 apps, uses whichever you connect.
Do I need to be online?
No. Culltron OS, Lite and Max apps run offline. You only need to be online for initial licensing, updates, and Culltron Cloud AI if you choose to use it.
Can I move a licence to a new computer?
Yes. Deactivate the app in App Hub on the old device and activate it on the new one. Leases are tied to your account, not your hardware.
What is the difference between Lite, Max and Ultra X27?
Lite is free inside Culltron OS. Max is the paid professional edition. Ultra X27 is the flagship edition: a strict superset of Max that adds Aria AI.
What kind of security tool is Sentinel?
No. Sentinel is a local health and security visibility tool. It is not antivirus, EDR or continuous fleet protection.
Does Books Max file VAT returns with SARS?
No. Books Max prepares VAT evidence workpapers for review. SARS filing is switched off.
Can Office Max export PowerPoint (PPTX) files?
Not yet. Office Max exports documents to DOCX and PDF and sheets to XLSX and CSV. Slide decks export to PDF.
Is Culltron VAT-registered?
No. Culltron (Pty) Ltd is not registered for VAT, so prices charged by Culltron do not include VAT.
